About Us!!

Let us tell you a little about Cute Cajun K-9s . Our kennel is located in a small community called Coteau,in south Louisiana, which is between New Iberia and Lafayette. We currently breed Yorkies, Maltese,and Morkies(Maltese/Yorkie mix). All of our puppies & adults are loved as part of our family, they are not put in small cages and left there to use as puppy producing machines. When you come to pick out your new puppy you are able to see the mom and dad. You are also able to see where they live when they are not "being moms". They all have the room and freedom to run and play as often (or seldom) as they choose. All are kept on heartworm & flea preventive, current on vaccinations, and get regular check-ups. The care & health of our babies is top priority!!

Our puppies are born in our home, then (after a much needed rest) they are moved to the ac/heated puppy house. They are all well socialized with people and other dogs. This makes the transition to their new home much more pleasurable for you and puppy. All puppies will be current on shots & worming. Dew claws will be removed. Puppies do not leave earlier than 8 weeks of age and must be eating hard food before they can leave our care. No exceptions!!!

Occasionally we will have adult dogs up for adoption. These are usually retired breeders or adults that we hoped would be breeders and aren't quite breeder quality. These will only be adopted out if we feel that they will be able to make a comfortable transition to a new home. We do not sell to pet stores & only sell to approved breeders. Some puppies may be sold with limited registration or spay/neuter contracts. We accept deposits of $200 to hold a puppy. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE!! Shipping is available for an additional $250.00. Puppies can not be shipped until 8 weeks of age!! In some cases they may need to be older. Shipping includes a kennel, health certificate, snuggle toy, & food. Full payment must be received prior to shipping. We accept cash, checks, or money orders for DOWN PAYMENT ONLY. We do not accept checks as final payment, final payment is CASH ONLY!! If you are having your puppy shipped we accept money order or certified cashiers check for full payument before shipping, and we must recieve this at least two weeks prior to shipping to make flight arrangements.
